Style Watch: Gillian Zinser Round Deux

I still have a hard-core style crush on Gillian Zinser. Her laid back Cali chick vibe proves that with the right taste you can make anything in your closet work. Her style is certainly not ruffles and sequins but she can still throw on a vintage tee and fedora and make it work. My favorite thing about her effortless persona is that even when surrounded by suits and cocktails minis she still owns the carpet in a tee shirt and cross of the leg. Oh and she's heavy on the accessories. Maj!

MAN UP. Love how she takes a slinky dress and throws on a plaid button-up and worn in boots to balance out her look for the Art of Elysium Emmy's event. The beat-up Balenciaga (that matches mine) is just a style bonus.

One of my favorite Zinser looks because, to me, it is a classic PunkFunk look. Sequins, band tee, velvet? I mean what more could you want for the CW Premiere Party (or life in general)?

She takes a walk on her girly side with a flouncy skirt but keeps it real by adding a military green jacket and rolled up sleeves. I like how she adds a little bit of mismatch with a leopard crossover.

Yes Please. That is all.

Seriously, NYLON needs to get this girl on their cover stat. She is pulling off the high waist teeny top like she invented the look. And let's be honest...there are probably only a handful of ladies that could wear that flare without looking like they're wearing homemade mom pants.

Huntington Beach, surfing, Hurley...she's definitely in her comfort zone in these (as my guy friends would say) "booty shorts." She's got the color pop under her shirt for the summer and somehow manages to wear boots in the sand and work it.

Don't lie. You love it too.

The Biebs and I go way back, you didn't know? Ok that's a lie but my good friend and stellar Fashion designer, Jordan Klein, has been hookin' the Tween King up in the wardrobe department as of late. How sick are the pants and jacket Jordan designed for the heartbreaker to wear for his performance at the MTV Europe Music Awards? I bet he can make that in my size. He's one of the most passionate people I've met along the way and his determination is really paying off-he's done a lot for himself since I met him in the offices at FIDM a couple of years ago (he might have been better dressed than me). Getting ready to launch his first full collection, his one-of-a-kind pieces can also be seen on Brit Morgan and Trevor Donovan. You heard it hear first kids...Jordan Klein is about to blow up.

Oh yeah...he is hot, straight, and ambitious: TRIFECTA.

Victoria's Secret

Last night, a select group of celebrities and boyfriends were invited to see the Victoria's Secret immortals take the catwalk in skivvies that normal people will never be able to afford. While Nicki Minaj and Adam Levine sang their little hearts out, Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, and company strutted their stuff for the main event that most guys have been waiting for since this time last year. With a little inspiration from the Mad Hatter and Marvel Comics we can all vow to start our New Year's Resolutions early.

If the pictures aren't enough to make you put down the fork, tune into the show November 29 to see Maroon 5 perform...until then remember, don't waste all the day's calories on that salad-it's not worth it.

Leila Shams' Acid Trip

I am going to let you in on a little secret-I have pretty much coveted all things LEILA SHAMS ever since I ran across her line in a New York showroom last Summer. Here is a designer who has mastered the art of mixing funk with practicality. Her dresses are little angels from Heaven that can hold an entire look together with nothing but a stud earring and basic black pump. Finally, we've got pieces that fit right in on a red carpet or a Friday night out with the girls (the best-dressed girls of course).

Leila's Spring 2012 Collection, ACID TRIP, is pretty major. She showcases details that I've grown to love from her (feline prints, bold colors, and she can sure work a sequin) but added softer colors and more everyday separates that anyone can use to update their closet. Just in time for NYE, seriously, I cannot wait to get my hands on this stuff.

This might come as a shock...because you would think that dressing up for Halloween would be the highlight of a stylist's year, but when it comes down to it...I really just don't care (Oh the horror!). It's not that I think it's stupid, I would just rather put the $100+ towards those Tom Ford sunnies I've been eyeing or the Louboutins that I've made room for in my closet. I guess I'm just more responsible than everyone else ;) Because my priorities get mixed up around October 31st, my procrastinating skills really shine when the time comes to put that costume on. Nevertheless, my philosophy continues to be: Buy Cheap or Buy Smart. Listen and learn...

This is my proudest Halloween moment to date. Not only was I dressed up as my beloved M.J. but I had found a legitimate excuse to buy that sequin blazer I wanted. And the hair...that is not a wig friends...that is what I like to call a commitment. If I'm ever in a costume bind I will revert back to this costume (minus the black hair dye of course...it took my favorite Byron & Tracey hairstylist 8 hours to get my hair to a state that was acceptable for family Christmas photos). No regrets.

We Found Love

Call me cray, but I am absolutely taken by Rihanna's latest music video for "We Found Love." I've never been shy in my belief that music can save and inspire us but this is the first time I've ever actually watched a music video over and over...and over. Though the story is sad, I love the choices in styling and cinematography-does anyone else really want to wear a sleeveless tee that says "We have ESP" while dancing around in circles? And despite the controversy that arose with the video's portrayal of drug abuse, I think the heartbreaking message is something too many people can relate to...if you think about it.

She wears the pale colors so well and even though it's a little bubblegum and over-the-top, she owns it (and let's be honest, this is tame compared to what she often chooses). Adele is the epitome of class and was the Bell of the Ball for the VMAs. Though very conservative compared to her peers, I like the detailing around the neckline of her 60's inspired Burberry dress...and while I'm sure some would argue, I like that she spiced it up a bit up-top with her do.

It's Britney bitch. Yay! She's back. She looked uber cute in this little romper-like piece from Moschino. She didn't over-accessorize which works because, despite being black, her 'fit has a lot going on with the design and sparkle. I would have chosen a different shoe, something a bit more girly. But overall she looks gorgeous...nice to see her smiling again and happy that she recovered from this VMAs 4 short years ago:

I absolutely love the dress Miley chose to wear...I think the prints, color, and cut are fantastic and actually a bit watered down from what Cavalli often does. It really reflects her bohemian side and looks comfortable. That being said...I'm not sure it flatters the singer...it accentuates curves I am not sure she has...but as she graduates from the Disney bubble that might be exactly what she was going for.

VICTORIA JUSTICE

It would be really hard for this one to look bad. She's got a tiny frame and everything (no matter how short the hemline) seems to look good on her. She chose silver which goes with the event decor and I like that she kept her hair slick straight and went with a darker lipstick...the sophistication on top mixed with an itsy-bitsy teeny seems to be the perfect combo.

KATIE HOLMES

I am weak for all things Azzedine Alaia so I am loving this look on Katie Holmes. The designer's silhouettes are perfection and Holmes managed to dress age appropriate while not looking stuffy for the event. (**SIDENOTE: I do realize that she is hardly at the age where she needs to be dressing "age appropriate" by Hollywood standards...but does anyone else feel like being married to Tom Cruise automatically ages her by at least 10 years?) I don't want to talk about the shoes...because I don't want to bring down the mood.

KELLY ROWLAND

I love a mini dress with sleeves. Duh. The F&P dress that Kelly Rowland chose mixes sheer, feathers, black, and gold...what more can you ask for? The designers' pieces are usually quite show-stopping and I can't think of a better place for them than the MTV VMAs. And do we love the waistband to accentuate her curves? Yes, we do.

MARIA MENOUNOS

Amanda Wakeley

   Green has been huge on the carpets this year and I am totally on that bandwagon. This Amanda Wakeley frock is a great, easy choice for an event like the VMAs. It's not too cray cray but it still interesting. I love that the straps and pewter in the top gives the piece some dimension. The draping also adds some fun to the look without adding unnecessary inches...um, can I borrow this?

   Remember when awards shows used to actually be about the music and not about shock value? (*Hint* it was back when MTV showed music videos and before the first Real World aired and brought the controversy). We all know Lady Gaga and Rihanna can perform and get people to talk...but Adele's performance last night at the VMAs left a lot of people speechless. With lyrics like "Nothing compares/no worries or cares/regrets and mistakes/their memories made/who would have known/how bittersweet/this could taste." This is what good music is. I know what I am about to say is going to piss off the Fashion Gods and call me crazy, but does anyone else think this collaboration is..decent at best? The Missoni for Target lookbook just hit the web and while everyone is buzzing about how great the collection is...I hear crickets. Don't get me wrong, there are definitely a few keepers within the 400 piece collection and with Target prices of course it's worth the skrilla, it's just a fact that I won't be waiting in the rain September 13 nor clawing my way through the dressing room for any of these clothes. I will say that I like that the classic Missoni pattern is here and I think that, styled differently, these pieces would be more appealing (and I will admit to LOVING the long black pleated skirt)...but I don't know, I suppose I was expecting more?

Now the accessories and home decor is another story. This is where it's at as far as I'm concerned! I have gotten through my Debbie-Downer spill and will admit that I might pull a hussy's hair if she was reaching for the last Missoni picture frame or those sweet ballet flats (yes I am a recent convert). And now that I am 100% committed to totally redoing my room, I'm sure I could find somewhere for those pillows...just a thought.

As for the real prize in the Missoni and Target rendezvous...I think I could give the dude with the guitar bike on the Venice boardwalk a run for his money if I had this ride....

Teen Choice Awards

It's that time of year again! Is it weird that I get excited for the Teen Choice Awards? I mean, it's not like I watch them or have any kind of stock in who wins-in fact, I was in a deep viewing of Dumb and Dumber when the show was airing; but I do get excited to see what the hot generation of It-girls (and boys) will wear. I've mentioned before that I am trying this new thing where I only say nice things regarding celeb-Fashion-and for once we have a carpet that makes that easy! (I'll admit-I really wanted to do a posting about Cannes Film Festival...but out of all the looks I saw, I could only find about five that worked for me). But that's always been why I love these younger, fun events-it gives these peeps a chance to take a risk and not look like a complete fool in the process (that and the fact that I have a preference for shorter hemlines). So here's what we're working with...

THE HOST

Kaley Cuoco looked stunning in a gown by Rebecca Taylor. The color looks great with her blonde locks and sunkissed skin and the fitted waistline shows off her tiny mid-section. Even though she is in a gown whereas most of the other blue carpet goers wore minis, it works because she is hosting the soiree.

THE PRETTY LITTLE LIARS

Lucy Hale's dress by Cengiz Abazoglu and shoes by Giuseppe Zanotti was one of my favorite looks of the event. I absolutely love a playful silhouette like this one and let's be honest, this look certainly won't work on everyone. The beading dresses up the neutral colors, but the real gem of this look is the cut-out details on the back. LOVING THIS. She did it right by keeping the shoes simple (but still super cute) and letting the dress steal the show. Hair, make-up and accessories choices were also spot-on.

Ashley Benson's dress by Alice + Olivia had a fun pattern and I love those colors together-takes me back to my high school days...black and gold (omg, I just went there) and the A-line cut is a safe bet and balances out the risk she took with the high neckline...not sure how I feel about that but she is wearing Ruthie Davis heels so she gets a gold star.

THE VAMPIRE CLAN

Kat Graham was the show-stopper of the night in fringe and feathers by Falguni & Shane Peacock. I absolutely love the work of her stylist Brett Nelson, together they take risks that you don't see very often and they get it right. Not everyone can pull off this designer combo and Kat rocks the body-length fringe with confidence and grabs the right kind of attention while doing it.

Nina Dobrev dressed down a bit for a red, ahem blue carpet. I am already kind of obsessed with her because she is uber tiny and there is not a frock out there that will not look AMAZE on her. The silhouette of this Dolce & Gabbana dress gives her itty bitty frame some curves and I want to own those Ferragamo shoes. I might like this dress better in a solid color, only because lines that tight get really trippy in photographs-but maybe I've just had too much coffee this morning.

Ashley Greene took the sophisticated route in a head-to-toe ensemble by Givenchy. I love the lines of this dress and am so happy she wore a belt to accentuate her waist! I am telling you people, that is so important!!! The straight hair and dark lips really pulls this entire look together. I think I would have gone with a different shoe, however, it is really hard for anyone who is not Gisele to wear a dark strap around the ankle, especially in a knee-length skirt (which I love)...but it's all about elongating in photographs.

THE QUEEN TEEN

Selena Gomez met the bar she has set for herself in the Fashion department in this champagne frock by Erin Fetherson. The sweetheart neckline is perfect for someone her age and I like that she added a pop of her love's favorite color in those purple Brian Atwoods. The earrings also show some rockstar personality to an otherwise sweet ensemble.

THE WHITE ROSES

Rachel Bilson looked uber-cute in this white number by Chloe. The only thing that bothers me is that the details aren't quite shown through in any photographs-which is why it is often difficult to wear white or black on the carpet. I love that she went a little funky with the nude Brian Atwood kicks. Taylor Swift looked like her typical self in this Raphael Cennamo halter dress reminiscent of our girl Marilyn Monroe. I like the detailing on the belt (or is that just a waistband?) but my favorite part of her look is the Fendi peep-toes.

THE GROWN UPS

Cat Deeley is such a mystery to me...I still don't think I know what this woman does but I see her all the time in US Weekly and she rocked the carpet in this mint blue Matthew Williamson mini so I think I like her. I always love long sleeve mini dresses if they are done right and flatter the person and this one is spot-on. The fit is perfection and I love how the lace and color take it from club chic to gorgeousness. Cat (nice name) you might win the Best Dressed Award as far as I'm concerned.

Zoe Saldana who always dresses appropriately wherever she goes did not disappoint in this Lanvin number. I like how this length works for her body-it's a hard hemline to wear, between the ankle and knee, but she does it well. The colors in the dress look amaze on her and pick up the gold in her Alexander McQueen heels. And you know I love that she understands the power of a belt! It gave her just the right cinching as it is easy to lose your figure in an empire-waist piece. Flawless.

Fergie Ferg showed off her killer bod in this micro-mini by Dolce & Gabbana. Now, is it weird that I love this look? Most people could not pull this piece off and still look sane but Fergie wears it like a fit model and completely owns it (This is an example of wearing the dress...rather than letting the dress wear you). And although there's a lot, stars are totally in right now. Anyone else feel the need to spend the next 36 hours in the gym?

THE BLAKE LIVELY

Blake Lively did something we haven't seen from her in a while in this leather piece by Gucci. She's been wearing a lot of flowy and drapey pieces lately, and though I love those, it's nice to see her a bit more sophisticated in a fitted look. The color looks great on her, though I've basically decided that any color works for her for some reason, and she stayed loyal in her Christian Louboutin pumps. The face of Chanel really can't get too crazy for the time being-so she kept it classy.

THE BOYS

Ahhh a love this group of dudes. Seriously, file these pics away and show them to my next boyfriend because these gentlemen know what they're doing. Justin Bieber is such a cutie-patootie right? I mean totally platonic, of course. He always looks so put-together in a "I just threw it on" sort of way. I like what he's working with here...I do, however, wish he'd lose that dishelved bow-tie-it's a little much...save that for the next event (this is just a simple case of: Don't blow your load too early) he's got styling tricks, hang onto them a little longer...no need to throw it all into one look...Make sense? But he wears black skinny jeans well and love the little flower that matches his shirt. Well played Biebs.

Ian Somerhalder and Taylor Lautner look super-hot in jeans and boots. **Listen guys, this is important...combat style boots are a must-have staple for your wardrobe...you can dress them down with jeans and a tee shirt like Ian did *swoon*-wear them for a night out and throw on a leather jacket like Taylor-OR throw a suit on with them (pants over boots of course) and completely dress it up without looking like a tool. INVEST!

So those are the stand-outs for this years Teen Choice Awards...my favorite awards show of the year. You know I love any event where there's a margin for crash-and-burn style...but I think it was quite impressive this year...Academy Awards say what?

...only half joking, of course I love the Oscars.

Mila Kunis dressed the color down a bit in a Cacharel number that could have come straight from the wardrobe department at That 70's Show. The aviator sunglasses add a touch of Kunis coolness that remind us why we love her so.

I'm sure you've had many sleepless nights wondering why there has been such a time lapse since my last post, curious why I've been MIA and if everything is alright...well my friends, everything is certainly not alright. I have been on self-inflicted probation because last weekend, in a late-night delirium of bad judgment, I could be found in any part of Venice Beach wearing...velour sweatpants. Not that this is any excuse but it was really cold that night and I only used them to get from Point A to Point B...regardless, I am an adult and should have acted like one. I've just gotten over the DENIAL stage but now that I have come to terms and am willing to admit that there is a problem, I have lifted the ban and am ready to move on. Please do not judge me, I have faith that it won't happen again. I am stronger than this. We should all accept this as a mistake to learn from. You're welcome.

McQueen's Savage Beauty

If you follow this blog you know that I was just in NYC, and the main point behind the trip was to finally get to The Met to see "Savage Beauty." Seriously, walking up the stairs to the museum at 9:45 a.m. on a Sunday...I was like a six year old child on Christmas morning. After an hour wait we made it into the exhibit and it did not disappoint. The sets in each room were perfect for each collection and the music reflected an eerie mood that you would expect from a McQueen exhibit. It was surreal to see these pieces up-close and get a feel for what the artist was thinking as he went through the design and creation process. After I left I felt a new inspiration and excitement to be even a part of this industry that is home to designers like Lee McQueen, but I also felt a sadness for a talent gone too soon. It was clear that this house will never be the same...because McQueen wasn't just recycling Fashion history, he was creating it.

Ignoring the fact that it was down from over $500...it was a steal. The only issue was the tailoring costs that would ensue because TopShop didn't have my size. I choked. But I went back for it...only to walk out once again empty handed. What was I thinking? Now I can't find it online...in any size. Stupid mistake. Non-buyers remorse. I choked. Kate Middleton Does LA

Ever since the "Wedding of the Century" when Kate Middleton (aka Duchess of Cambridge/that girl that's gonna be a Queen) caught everyone's attention with that major Alexander McQueen wedding gown...people are borderline clinical over what she is going to wear next. So of course, having a mind of my own, I only peeked to see what she wore when she was visiting us in LA. Ok who am I kidding, I checked all of my go-to Fashion blogs and even some news websites. I couldn't help it. In LA, it's not everyday you see someone so young work a knee-length dress like that. In fact, I don't even know if they sell hemlines that long in lala (ok, obviously exaggerating). What I did notice, besides how effortless she makes it look-is that girlfriend is putting a lot of discipline into that shrinking waistline. Jealous! Ok, putting down the fork and moving forward, I think I was talking about clothes...

Arrival at LAX

Kate arrived in LA last Friday wearing a grey dress by Roksanda Illincic and shoes by Jimmy Choo. The dress is pretty and not too simple with the tucks and folds, which I like...it also flatters her body and shows off that itsy-bitsy waist. I am of the belief that with a hemline that hits that low she could stand a couple more inches on those Choos (and I still think that) but apparently the heel is over 4 inches so I'll let this one go :)

Welcome Reception

The Duchess wore the Diane von Furstenberg "Maja" dress to the couple's welcome reception. The dress was very simple but again she is accentuating her waist and the color looks amaze on her.

Polo Match

I looove what Kate chose to wear to a polo match in Santa Barbara...now this looks like a Princess! The dress is by Jenny Packham and I love how soft the colors are; the light fabric flows perfectly in the wind and is perfect for an outdoor event. I'm so glad she went with a heel by LK Bennett rather than some sort of flat (Note: Grass is no excuse to be lazy. Trust.) Again, this dress hits right above the knee to show off her legs (but not too much) and draws in at her waist to show just how tiny she is.

   Kate said Au Revoir to America in this white pleated skirt by Whistles and navy crochet top. I love a colored shoe and this suede navy pair pulls the look together. Love. I bet she just can't wait to leave the California sunshine so she can get back to England and put on her wellies.

Can You Keep a Secret?

At the recommendation (more like insistence) of one of my Fashion-obsessed male friends I bought Secrets of Stylists by Sasha Charnin Morrison of Us Weekly. The way my schedule likes to work itself out I have a lot of books on my shelves that haven't seen much love...but this one has really been talked-up in the Twitterworld (I'm telling you, my friend is quite persistent) so hundreds of emails, two holidays, and a Casey Anthony verdict later, and I have finished-from beginning to end-my first book of 2011; wow, I just realized how pathetic that sounds-I should really take more time for reading.

I've got to say, I was pretty impressed with Sasha's tell-it-like-it-is insight into the industry. From tips on what to expect on the job to how to act as an intern or assistant to what items we keep in our kits. For that alone I would definitely recommend it to any aspiring stylist. I love the what-not-to-do's for up-and-comers that sometimes stylists just don't have time and shouldn't have to go over (really common sense stuff that a lot of people don't get). Example: "Do not speak to celebrities," "Do not dillydally," or my favorite "Ask questions, but don't be annoying about it." It's about professionalism and she lays it all out.

There were also things in the book that were new to me. Everyone has different techniques for organization, pulls, fittings, etc. and she interviews several stylists who are at the top of their game to find out what works for them. It's something different to think about and my inspiration boards will likely be more put-together from here on out.

Part of the book that anyone in Fashion will enjoy, even if they don't ultimately want to be a stylist, are the big Fashion moments she covers. She hits movies that have ultimately become part of the industry's history, red carpet hits and misses, as well as some of the big Fashion Emergencies and how they were handled. And can you believe this whole time I thought Bjork was only dressed like a swan? Never knew she was actually laying eggs on the red carpet.

Of course there's so much more information to gather in this book but that's a basic overview. My advice is for anyone who's interested in Fashion to check it out; but if you're an aspiring stylist or even interested in what the job entails-it's a mandatory read. It breaks down elements of the biz that your future boss simply won't have time to. Take notes, do the research she suggests, and you're in the game.

Fall 2011 Couture: Azzedine Alaia

It might have been the most anticipated of all the Couture shows, Azzedine Alaia's big return. He's been doing his thing but quietly under the radar for years; Catherine Lardeur (former editor of French Marie Claire) has even said "Alaia remains the king. He is smart enough to not only care about having people talk about him. He only holds fashion shows when he has something to show, on his own time frame." Well, he obviously has something to show now.

His Couture show on July 7th definitely met expectations from the fabric choices to his work with knitwear. I've always loved tiered, ruffled gowns (it'd actually be the only way I'd wear a ruffle) and Alaia owns the design after this Collection. The colors were spot-on for Fall-love that each look was styled head-to-toe in a particular color. And of course we saw loads of the structured, A-Line silhouette that we love from him. Well Fashion followers, he baaaaack!

Kevin Hammond: Broken Down

For me, it was amazing to get a chance to combine my two great loves, Fashion and Music, for the day...and if I'm lucky, I'll be doing that a lot more. Fall 2011 Couture: Maxime Simoens

The graphics in Maxime Simoens' Couture Collection is what quickly grabs my attention and showcases the designer's skills. The majority of this show consists of looks with bold lines and a black/grey/red color palette. Although the dresses that he closed the show with have a bit of softness to them due to the translucent accents, the highlight of this Collection is the tailored pants and jackets. So while there is not a large variety of looks (it is mostly business or evening) the pieces can be worked in with existing wardrobe for better use...although that's not exactly what Couture is about.

Fall 2011 Couture: Jean Paul Gaultier

What!? Men don't wear Couture! Well apparently Jean Paul Gaultier disagrees because unlike the other designers who had few, if any men, in their Couture shows...Gaultier is showing them some love. It must be a Fall Collection because the colors are much more tame than what we saw from the designer in Spring. Yes, we know he likes to use black no matter the season, and of course there are still some pieces with the "WOW" Factor, but I feel like the looks we see here are much more practical that what we usually see from this man. I love that, mixed in with the full skirts, there are gowns that are softer and drape on the model's body. I'm also a little obsessed with how he took a Fashion staple and made it more exciting with the floor-length trench coats. There is always an element of avant-garde with his designs, but it looks as if this season he toned it down a bit.

Fall 2011 Couture: Elie Saab

Holy FLAWLESS! Elie Saab killed it again with Couture. If this is the last Collection I see ever, I know I've had a healthy dose of THE BEST. I absolutely love the fresh, airy-ness of these pieces. Opening with the crystal blues and working towards a darker, almost copper color is the best way to showcase these dresses. The sheer fabrics translate so well on the runway (even though for wear they'll need to be lined) and the crystal and feather embellishments show the delicacy of the work without looking overdone. I am just in awww of this man right now. Ba-Na-Nas...let the stylist catfights begin!!

Fall 2011 Couture: On Aura Tout Vu

I must say I am fan of the On Aura Tout Vu Couture Collection. In my mind, this is how you bring the cray-cray. I love that the designers have the wonky, artistic, unwearable showcase pieces but they mixed those in with an entire line-up of looks that are appropriate for day or night. They've got the leather and lace trend on point and I would kind of die to have somewhere to wear look 9....stick a lace bodysuit under that and it's totally office appropriate. So if you look past the bearded lady and the model with 207 legs...you'll see a Collection that's not too far from normal.

The choice of colors and fabrics that Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli chose for the Valentino Couture Collection reminds me of another time period...and to my shock, I LOVE it. These dresses are impeccable and I love that they were able to work with different types of materials and still present a cohesive Collection. I am kind of obsessed with the cut on every one of these pieces; most are not structured and allow the fabric to mold to the model's body in a way that is so elegant. And when those few Valentino red looks came down the runway-chills.
